Policies

Cancellations:

A 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of any service. no shows will result in a 50% charge of the card you have provided on file. Please send me a message If any cancellations or rescheduling is necessary. DEPOSITS WILL ONLY BE VALID FOR ANOTHER RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD.

Payments:

A deposit is required. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE 10% OF THE FULL PRICE OF YOUR DESIRED SERVICE. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR SERVICE. remaining balance of all services MUST be paid in cash.

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time. There will only be a 15 minute grace period. after 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled due to having back-to-back clients.

OTHER IMPORTANT POLICIES:

For any nail ideas with charms please send a photo prior to your appointment so that we can ensure we have all the supplies to create your set. I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER TECHNICIANS WORK. PLEASE ADD A SOAK OFF TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF NEEDED OR COME WITH BARE NAILS. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR NAILS AFTER 48 HOURS. IF YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF REPAIR AFTER 48 HOURS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED. IF YOU CANNOT PAY WITH CASH AND NEED TO USE YOUR CARD, THIS WILL RESULT WITH AN ADDITIONAL 3.75% PERCENT DUE TO FEE CHARGES.

SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS

Any squeeze in appointments outside of my working hours will require an extra $20 squeeze in fee. Please contact me via text message or dm me on instagram!
